I would make abulletproof chocolate or gobble some pork rinds or something was really high infat but not too much in protein the only challenge I’ve been having isreally make sure that I don’t go over my protein like all the meats cheeses thereis protein and lots of stuff I didn’t even know and everything there is supplements up veryquickly as you know your body if you devour too much of a protein
