Still got it … So here’s all the pizza that everyone else ate Here was my salad … last week of keto! Keto’s finally over, thank god. What Ilearned from keto is that it’s really hard to eliminate an entire menu groupsuch as grains and legumes but I did learn how many carbs are in things thatI never would have thought of that being fresh fruits and my coconut irrigate and prettymuch all that is we munch so not that I’m gonna continue to count carbs butI’m emphatically more aware … I personally don’t think I would ever try keto againjust because I concluded it so challenging because I don’t eat meat I was snacking somuch more meat this month than I naturally do So in the last 30 eras Ilost 5 pounds which is not bad considering I was gobbling butter, bacon, coconut oil, lots of fatty things every day and I was still able to go out anddrink with your best friend on the weekends so yeah it’s weird to have lost five poundsconsidering all of that was still earmarked I feel like I will take awayfrom this that I can live without chewing as much bread and should enjoy morehealthy paunches My overall take on keto is I liked the highway it impacted my exertion soa lot of seasons when I get hungry I get terribly grouchy I get cranky maybe evenmean and that didn’t happen it was just a highly even vitality and then I was when Iwas hungry I was hungry and I chew something that was high in solid but Idon’t think it’s something that’s sustainable or realistic for the longterm the keto diet is something that I recommends using but in small-scale periods oftime I don’t think it’s something that most people should go on for an extendedperiod of time I think if “youve had” specific genetic variances it canactually be a detriment to you to do a keto diet especially if your body’s notable to process and convert saturated fatties in an efficient way but I dototally substantiate eating higher amounts of overweights, lower sums of processedcarbohydrates and only being aware of your macronutrient symmetry stimulating it alittle bit more fat and vegetable heavy versus carbohydrate heavy that’s the endof the 30 -day keto challenge, if you like this video go ahead yield it a thumbs up, give specific comments below and cause us know what you thought and hopefullywe’ll see you again on the next thirty day challenge!
