Still got it … So here’s all the pizza that everyone else ate Here was my salad … last week of keto! Keto’s finally over, thank god. What Ilearned from keto is that it’s really hard to eliminate an part menu groupsuch as grains and legumes but I did learn how many carbs are in things thatI never would have thought of that being fresh fruits and my coconut ocean and prettymuch all that is we munch so not that I’m gonna continue to count carbs butI’m surely more aware … I personally don’t think I would ever try keto againjust because I discovered it so challenging because I don’t eat meat I was ingesting somuch more meat this month than I ordinarily do So in the last 30 daylights Ilost 5 pounds which is not bad considering I was gobbling butter, bacon, coconut lubricant, lots of fatty things every day and I was still able to go out anddrink with your best friend on the weekends so yeah it’s weird to have lost five poundsconsidering all of that was still allowed I feel like I will take awayfrom this that I can live without devouring as much bread and should enjoy morehealthy obesities My overall take on keto is I liked the mode it affected my power soa lot of seasons when I get hungry I get particularly petulant I get cranky maybe evenmean and that didn’t happen “its just” a unusually even force and then I was when Iwas hungry I was hungry and I snack something that was high in solid but Idon’t think it’s something that’s sustainable or realistic for the longterm the keto diet is something that I would recommend but in small periods oftime I don’t think it’s something that most people should go on for an extendedperiod of time I think if “youve had” sure-fire genetic fluctuations it canactually be a detriment to “youre going to” do a keto diet especially if your body’s notable to process and convert saturated fattens in an efficient way but I dototally substantiate feeing higher extents of fattens, lower quantities of processedcarbohydrates and time providing information about your macronutrient match uttering it alittle bit more fat and vegetable ponderous versus carbohydrate heavy that’s the endof the 30 -day keto challenge, if you like this video go ahead give it a thumbs up, give specific comments below and give us know what you thought and hopefullywe’ll see you again on the next thirty day challenge!
