These sausage balls make the perfect buttery and savory snack that can be served as appetizers at parties or any event with only 2 carbs per serving and a serving size of 3.

This beautiful creation takes all but 30mins to create 30 with 10mins of preparation and the rest 20mins dedication to cooking.

Ingredients

These can be scaled depending on how many you would like to make.

  • 1 lb  of uncooked sausage
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese ( room temp )
  • Seasoning ( which ever one you like )

Steps to creating the perfect Keto sausage balls:

  • Step 1 – You can start by preheating the oven and lining your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicon mat to prevent the balls from sticking.
  • Step 2 – Get a large bowl to mix all of the ingredients together. You can use your stand mixer or if you really want to add your love and become one with your food you can use your hands to fully mix and incorporate everything.
  • Step 3 – Now take some of the mixture and roll them into 2 inch balls which should give you about 30 balls.
  • Step 4 – Place them unto baking sheets and Bake for 16 minutes. To get the tops crisped to perfection and give them a nice brown color, place the baking sheet on the top oven rack and broil for 2-4 minutes, be sure to watch closely to ensure you dont burn your creation.
  • Step 5 – ENJOY!
