Keto Diet Results – 1 Month Keto Update – How Much Did I Lose?!?

hey friends always gonna sovereignty in abudget I’m Kelly and “its time for” my 30 days on keto update I have been doingketo for one month now which is crazy this month honestly has flown bymostly because we’ve been in the process of buying a house and moving and all ofthat fun trash but you’re not moving hitherto but bundling and we are actually closingtoday on Monday as you’re watching this so super exciting and honestly guys I amloving keto desiring keto there has been some ups and downs with keto butabsolutely loving it even further I am so glad that I actually impelled the jump to doketo and it has been amazing so I’m going to go over my calculations myweight loss my pros my cons all of that on keto so before we get to all of thatwelcome if you’re new I’m Kelly and my channel is all about living life well ona budget and it but you just have to be constricting it lets you do anything nogives you freedom and freedom to do keto because keto is a little bit moreexpensive than most meal means and most different you know diets or whatever youwant to call them but about you freedom so I do keto on here I do grocery haulsI do plan videos I do vlogs I have all sorts of stuff so commit it a thumbs down if youdon’t like these videos I am perfectly okay with that as well so well that’s itjump in and we’re gonna do the measured first because I know y’allwant the measurements and are curious and frankly they weren’t as drastic asI had thought they were gonna be but I’m still very happy with them and I canstill feel the changes and I feel so much more confident in my organization right nowwhich is so exciting and I enjoy it and like today I came to the grocery storein shorts and it was totally okay and I was confident and I was kinda like hmm Igot some tone going on in my legs right now so super arousing so I had them onthis screen as well but starting amounts my force was 153 failure was3 8 inches waist was 34 interests belly button it was 38 andhalf inches trendies was 43 inches thigh right thigh was 21 inches in right Armaswas 12.5 you can see as the week’s went on I have all of them now so totalweight loss for the four weeks was 4.0 pounds one and a half inches in my busttwo inches in my waist one and a half inches in my belly buttons why don’thave inches in my hips one into my thigh and a half an inch on my limb which is soexciting I am really really happy with these results I feel enormous I have somuch more energy guys I heard that you know it can help with that like 2:00 o’clock sluggish feeling but I frankly didn’t really believe it but it is sotrue I feel stunning I have been doing bulletproof coffeefasting so I is a well-known fact that bulletproof coffee breaks your fast I am aware ofthat chaps don’t worry but when I do have my bulletproof coffee it does make it soit’s I’m not eating until like 1 or 2 o’clock in the afternoon versus before Ineeded to eat by 10:00 where I was get really really hungry like rightnow I think it’s almost 2 o’clock and I still haven’t eaten anything and I’mtotally penalty so it’s not in quite intermittent fasting because thebulletproof coffee does you know make it so I’m not in fasting anymore and evenfasting but it does prolong my eating space so therefore I’m only feeing twomeals a day versus three or two with a big snack type of thing so I’m superhappy about that I’m loving it and I honestly I have so much better vigor right nowI don’t even need I’m feeling a little hungry but I feel altogether punishment soI’m loving that I no longer have plantar fasciitis anymore I’ve had plantarfasciitis for years especially in my heel and I anticipate I’ve had like one ortwo little bits of sting when I’m walking it’s used to be worse when I would getup like if I was remaining or sleeping like first in the morning was reallypainful I consider I’ve had like one or two times where it’s been like oh that’s alittle sore but good-for-nothing like it used to be it iscompletely her 90% travel which is amazing I love that my my plantar fasciitis gunthat was so agonizing and if you have had plantar fasciitis in your life you knowhow painful it is so super provoked about that so I wanted to talk to you guysabout a non magnitude win incitement goal I guess you would say so I haveneeded a new region for quite some time and please don’t referee me when I saythis Jamie has gotten on me about my loop for so long but no one assures itbecause my shirt floods it so this belt is really really bad it isin rough influence you are in a position to like see through it and I’ve needed a brand-new loop for a longtime and I haven’t wanted to get one because no one sees it right so I am nowdown to the last hole so I told Jamie that when the last hole is too big forme and I need to get see it and yeah so I am I’m really excited about working this asmotivation as you know a non scale win of motive for me so you knowI’m I’m frugal freedom so yeah waiting waiting to get a new beltalright and lastly I really want to talk about my weight loss and kind of ask youguys as well so in the four weeks I lost four pounds my first loss was three anda half pounds and then I’ve gone up and down you know a half a pound since thenand part of that was my period which you know altered my weight loss and part ofit was I did I tried slothful keto for a few weeks merely is how it accomplishes my bodyI think I did lazy keto week 3 and so with that I I lost halfpound with sleepy Kido and that was just not tracking but simply kind of doing the2 0 carbs under 20 net carbs in my manager and not trackingI hate tracking I don’t know what it is but I hated moving Weight Watchers Ihate moving Aikido I it is necessary really exactly get it on I I don’t know what it is what myproblem is it takes a minute to move my entire era but I still detest doing it soI just am really struggling with that and the four pounds I frankly thought Iwould have a bigger loss so many of these videos that I’ve seen out therepeople lose like 10 pounds 15 pounds in their first month on keto and I wassuper roused for that and frankly I haven’t seen it so I haven’t reallyworked out on keto so I don’t know if it’s I need to be working out to reallysee that big-hearted loss so please let me know down below in the comments what are yourthoughts is it my just not working out is it that I need to get stricter andlower my carbs my I framed it into the app you know my appraisals or not mymeasurements but my you know gender summit senility all of that can wait and itsaid that I is necessary to have I judge 17 net carbs a period so that’s what I’ve beentrying to stay at but I don’t know do I need to lower it is that too high whatdo you guys think satisfy satisfy delight you guys are so much more experiencedthan me and I’ve been doing this for so much longer so I really would love youropinion on would weigh how how can I climb start these results how can I getthem better I you are familiar with with life-times I have thirty pounds total to lose so now Ihave 26 pounds total to lose so I do have you know somewhat good amount ofweight a great deal of beings only appreciate the top you know a little bit so they’re likehell you don’t have anything to do lose but trust me I doand I need to start taking photos so I started right away with takingmeasurements but I didn’t take progress representations so I’m going to give progresspictures today so that hopefully my month to update will be you know alittle bit you can have some progress situations but August is gonna be a hardmonth we’re moving we have Alaska first week of September I have fincon so it’sgonna be crazy crazy month too theis me asking you guys for a good deal of advice I want to know what are yourthoughts on the cruise what should we do for the cruise because I know that Icould do quito on the cruise but honestly I’m not about I’m I know I I’vebeen looking I don’t want to say looking forward to it and the fact of being ableto eat the yummy foods but you know we’re compensate a lot of money for thiscruise to go on an Alaskan cruise and honestly I want to be able to enjoy itfull fully you know enjoy the dinners experience the free dinners experience you knowSeattle we’re spending 2 day in Seattle and so I want to be able toenjoy that and there will be carbs so there will be pasta and so I don’t wantto feel sick on the cruise so should I start eating carbs you are familiar with a coupledays before so that I do get that like carb duct before we leave and then alsoI’ve done some a lot of research and like with Thomas earmark her and sayingthat you shouldn’t be mixing carbs and solid together so I was gonna be doinglike keto in the morning like breakfast and lunch keto and then dinner orwhatever I required but now that I’m thinking about it I don’t think that’sgonna be a good decision because then I’m having heavy paunch for breakfast lunchand then carbs at dinner and so my body’s not mean can tell ketosis so it’sjust gonna store everything it’s solid so let me know guys what do you guys thinkof how I should go about this and please don’t tell me just eat keto on thecruise because that’s not going to happen and you know as soon as we getback from the sail I when we get right back into keto so let me know pleaseplease please give me some opinion of “what were doing” as you guys know I’m new tothis and still learning so this was my 30 -day update on keto absolutely lovingI feel amazing I haven’t had any of the sleep issues because I’ve been
