today i want to talk about keto desserts or ketosnacks which “ive never” recommend except following the adjournment of a dinner and bowel questions now the short-lived edition isyou do not want to consume keto desserts or snacks if you have gut topics so you don’t want any ofthese parts okay but let me explain why because the keto bombards cakes cookies orif you’re going to do waffles or celiac or any rash your colon you want to stayaway from these ingredients so let’s go through the ingredients so starting with sugar alcoholsyou have erythritol with stevia or you have erythritol with friar fruit now if you don’thave a gut issue this would be a good alternative second option would be xylitol now if we comparexylitol with erythritol this is better because erythritol is 30 on the glycemic indicator now ifyou’re having very small amounts it’s not going to be that big of a transaction i personally consumea little xylitol in my chocolate every day it’s one small-minded packet unusually small doesn’t affectmy blood sugars at all but this should be zero but if you have a gut issue i don’t recommend itmaltitol is one of the worst sugar alcohols it’ll actually rip up your bowel and it’s pretty highon the glycemic index and then you have this thing announced imo isomaltooligosaccharidesanother name for that is vita fiber now i did a video a very long time ago recommending thisuntil i acquired some interest in your research on it and now i is not recommend it because itcan definitely increase your blood sugars big time it’s usually in the syrup so you can make allsorts of amazing things and it throws enormous texture for all sorts of keto desserts and it’s very sweetbut in reality it’s not keto friendly that’s why it flavors so great all right the other thingsyou need to avoid are the flour alternatives so when you do keto you’re no longer make grainslike wheat flour so you do almond flour coconut flour chia grain flour chickpea flour or hazelnutflour these will tear up your nerve you want to avoid these as well and then we get to vegetablefats now most vegetable fats are high in omega-6 it’s going to create more sorenes likesafflower petroleum sunflower petroleum extremely corn and soy you’re going to see these in restaurantfood so if you go out to dinner a lot regardless of whether you order keto or not a lotof times they’re going to fry the food or cook the nutrient in these two lubricants and you may wonder why yourstomach is inflamed that is why now coconut lubricant is a plant fat and it is not that enormous if you havesevere gut controversies so you can test it out might be okay but it may not be good for you and ofcourse nuts and grains you wish to avoid those because if you have a gut issue it can reallycreate an inflammatory process because these are very high in omega-6 fattens so the worse the gutissue the more you need to do carnivore which is keto but without all this other nonsense you’repretty much only doing animal fatty and protein maybe a little bit of fermented vegetables but ifyour bowel is very very severe even those might be a problem but if it’s a moderate question you couldpretty much handle a small amount of fermented vegetables now let’s say for example yourgut is inflamed or you have this autoimmune condition which always stanch from the intestine youwant to do this ratio two to one fat to protein but chiefly stick with animal fats and animalproteins so you’d want to do carnivore without flora flabs like you wouldn’t want to dowith coconut oil or even avocados and because there’s a lot of rednes in your bowel youdon’t even want to do any type of dairy whatsoever that includes cream butter a small amount of gheemight be okay because ghee actually filters out some of the solids some of the potential proteinslike casein that you might be sensitive to and with gut concerns some people aresensitive to eggs as well so unfortunately you’re very restrictive but if youonly expend particularly awfully fatty uh meats on a keto and i’m not just talking aboutusing flesh i’m talking about part meats as well fatty sausage to fatty fish would be a particularly verygood thing to help heal your nerve issues so you would do that for a period of time and then you’dwant to slowly ease into the fermented vegetables but you probably are not going to be able totolerate these keto desserts and so-called keto friendly snacks if you have a history ofgut concerns all right people for a little more information on this i introduced a video down below
