Keto Day 2 Update | Avoid The Keto Flu

hey guys welcome back to my epoch to Quitoupdate so yesterday was better than the first day for sure I still had animmense amount of energy but I didn’t notice that was in kind of a like sortof pissing this towards the end of the day and I don’t think it was hunger Ijust felt like emotionally a little bit weird which is odd for me I don’t reallyhave you know vast moves like that so I was very aware that it was happening butit wasn’t intense and it should not last past last nighttime which was again in thebottom of day two and let’s see what else I had the bulletproof chocolate in themorning and then I had four other snacks at 10:00 one three and seven ish and I’mused to eating five to seven meals a day because of the bikini bodybuilding thatI did for a good long while so I fantasize I’m gonna have to consolidate threw morecalories and more stuff into three separate dinners because I precisely feel likeit would work better I’m gonna try that tomorrow on era three so stay aria forthat update tomorrow but I did want to mention that I have been fully ableto avoid the keto influenza and I’m pretty sure that there are a couple reasons forthat because from what I understand this thing is pretty intense so I did notwant anything to do with it and I was very careful to make sure to supplementnaturally so that that didn’t happen to me and I have the last couple of dayslike mowed the lawn and used to work I imply I did a little of a flee butmowing the lawn in Louisiana is like an Olympic event it’s so much you’reburning so many calories it’s very very intense and naturally I would have feltcompletely zapped at the back of that and I wasn’t I plowed right through itso to change my electrolytes and I know that there are loads of imbibes that youcan buy and predict like flavored spray out ofor whatever it was intensely good must be considered like a very light margarita it hadthat like sugary salty savor and I did that yesterday and I’m telling you Ihave more power right after I drank that than I suppose I traditionally dowhen I suck a pre-workout so going to get next week when I actually start myweight prepare again I’m gonna try that I’m gonna simply perfectly get rid oflike my pre-workout drinkings and I’m gonna try that right before and just see ifthat is able to kind of push me over we’ll say I might add some caffeine toit but anyway stay adjusted because I’ll upright revises about that because if youcould get rid of the pre-workout well first off that’s 50 horses a month andit’s also healthier for you so so I did that once a day second but I feel like leaner and you know it’s oneof those things where you’re not sure like is it the placebo effect becauseyou think you’re supposed to be feeling leaner but you know you know your bodyand I don’t feel as kind of puffy as I and I did booze by the way like probably8 0 ounces of irrigate yesterday precisely straight liquid with no no sweeteners oranything in it um so a lot of spray changing those electrolytes with thatpotassium you know the cream of tartar and the sea salt and then the magnesiumand collagen adds-on in the evening I feel like that has helped me to justsail right through these first got a couple of dates I’m very happy with that wanted toshare with you guys because is not simply does that cup tastes amazing but it’slike five cents to think and it’s like
