Welcome to the Tuste Gary channel. Today I am going to show you what my keto diet day looks like. I start my era with a cup of warm ocean, sometimes two cups. It is approximately 6am – 6:30 am. Around 11 -1 2 am I start building breakfast. Today it will be broccoli with sausage and eggs. I had a piece of broccoli from yesterday.
