Also, it’s resealable, so that I ever adore because itkeeps the crackers fresh for longer. These keto crackers are full of healthy superfood ingredientslike almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin grains, coconut and hemp seeds. I’m going to open up mybag and show you what the keto crackers was like. They smell good when you open them. So you candefinitely find all the different seeds as well as the almonds and the coconut in the cracker.These are very seedy-looking, so if you like a good deal of texture in your crackers, you probably willenjoy these.Now I’m going to delicacy them and let you know what I think of them. After having a few more morsels ofthe keto crackers, I kind of feel like they’re almost like a hybrid between a cracker anda cookie, roughly more so on the cookie feature, so I think you’d have to be kind of careful withthe pairings that you pair the keto crackers, with like if I are set to situated them on a charcuterie boardI might be a little bit hesitant about which meat or cheeses go well with them because they areso coconutty-flavored. Now I’m going to talk about the nutrition information for the InnofoodsKeto Crackers from Costco.So for five crackers, there’s 100 calories, 7 grams of overweight, 7 grams ofcarbohydrates, 0 grams of sugar, 2 grams of fiber, 1 gram of carbohydrate booze, 3 grams of protein and1 70 milligrams of sodium, so five crackers that are like not that large-hearted for 100 calories and 7 gramsof fatty, that’s a little on the higher side, but you have to consider that this is a ketoproduct and most keto concoctions are quite high in calories and overweight from what I’ve seen. Thepackaging on the keto crackers states that there’s four grams of net carbs per serving ofketo crackers, so that’s five crackers per serving and to get your net carbs, you take the totalamount of carbohydrates, which is seven grams, you minus fiber because fiber is an indigestiblecarbohydrate that doesn’t feign your blood sugar, so that’s two grams, and then you alsominus the carbohydrate boozes, which is one gram. Sugar alcohols can partially impact your bloodsugar ranks, so if you’re eating a ton of them, you probably should actually count them towardsthe net carbs.So in terms of the sugar that’s in the keto crackers, it’s erythritol, whichsome people have found that they is a lot of GI upset or stomach upset related to any kind offoods that they feed that contain erythritol, so if that’s you, you might want to keep this in mind.
