
I’ve discovered ketogenic diet about 3 years ago and since then I have been following it on and off. This year started with loosing my stepfather to Covid-19, at the same time trying to support my mum and reorganise my business to stop it to go under. Needless to say a healthy diet was not something I cared about. And to be fair, after all those years of feeling guilty every time I ate chocolate or bread or potatoes, I decided to cut myself some slack and give myself absolute freedom to eat whatever I want whenever I want.

Now, 5 months later, 7 kg heavier and totally unfit, my body and mind is screaming for some kind of regime.
So here I go again… but this time my I will start my keto journey properly and totally prepared.
