While preparing for her role in Wonder Woman 1984 Gadot enlisted the help of Magnus Lygdbäck who explains in a YouTube video on his channel that he before each workout, Gadot warmed up 5 minutes on the assault bike then 12 reps and 3 sets of wide grip pull down and finally 5-7 push-ups on knees e sets.
