Therefore, when you eat such foods, your calorie intake increases which might stand in the way of your weight loss or any other results that you might be willing to achieve. Ice creams: This has milk, cream and sugar present in it and all of these can contribute to the calorie intake and therefore, it is important that you skip ice creams completely or choose ones which are keto-friendly. Processed meat: These might not have sugars or carbs, but they are extremely high in nitrates. Nitrates are not healthy for the heart and therefore, it is best that you avoid processed meat. Bacon: These have high amounts of saturated fats present in them which can affect your cardiovascular system in the long run. It increases the cholesterol level which then has an effect on the cardiovascular system. Sugary beverages: Beverages such as sodas, juices and sports drinks have sugar and carbohydrates in them which adds to the carbs and calorie count. Therefore, it is best that you avoid these beverages.
