Hi, guys, Dr. Berg here. I want to answer the question, “How long doesit take to get into ketosis? ” That’s fat-burning, right? It’s a good question. A pile of meters, parties expect it to happenin two minutes. It’s not going to happen that fast, right? I want you to really understand you’ve beenliving on carbohydrate your totality life-time, okay? Now, we’re going to switch over to a completelydifferent ga root.
