All liberty, I’m gonna havemy very first keto meal. It’s the middle-of-the-road of the day, I didn’t have breakfast so I guess you could say I’m intermittent fasting today as well. This is my meal here, beefchili with oaxaca cheese? Oaxaca? And cauliflower rice. To my surprise, the first few days of keto weren’t that bad. I wastotally expecting that I would go with keto flusymptoms right off the at-bat. It wasn’t that bad, I didn’thave sugar withdrawal. The value stayed the same, my strength was there, but I’d wearines much earlier in my sets.Can’t even be certain it’sto do with the keto diet, but that’s what was happening. Going into the second week of keto, I was starting to struggle a lot with my nutrient picks. When I go to work, and I’mgonna be working a long shift, I can’t wreaking all ofthese goodies, an avocado, and all this stuff. So, what did I do? I brought a Thrive Market can of salmon, with some mayonnaise andI basically ate “cat-o-nine-tail” meat. Eating a nutrition that’s so high-pitched in fatty, I make 75 percent ofmy calories were coming from fatty, it’s difficult to maintain that and I don’t means well. For lesson, if I’m going to a big event, I should probably eat beforehand. You have to plan ahead ifyou wanna stick to keto. Because when you go to a fast food joint, or a restaurant, yes theymay have a piece of meat, but feeing high-pitched protein is not keto. You have to be eating high fat.So you have to be thinking about what it is you’re gonna choose off the menu. And you can get a cheeseburgerthat’s very fatty, has sauce on it that’shopefully carb free, that’s not optimal keto.That’s the grime keto that people talk about. If you’re eating high saturatedfats, over cooked red fleshes, use processed petroleums, that’snot something I generally recommend or demand for myself. Wait!( police alarms) Two weeks in, I alreadyhad some answers indicating. My clothes were fittingbetter, my abs were coming out of hibernation, like one of them legit came out and said, “What up! ” And I was like, “Oh my idol seek its my ab, I used to see you back in the day and then you started hibernating.” It do surprise me that after 2 weeks of keto, I was alreadystarting to see the outcome and now I get why this food is so favourite amongst people who are tryingto lose weight quickly.And not that I’m advocating for that, but it was nice to seeresults so early on, and fairly motivational. I “re just saying” though, themajority of the weight loss that happens in the first week or so is usually water value. That’s not gonna be sustainable, that fast of weight loss. I feel like on keto, Iwake up really hungry. Normally I don’t mind skipping breakfast, but on keto I’m starving. It’s probably because I’m eating so much less calories than customary. Getting into the later weeks of keto, I was getting hungry. That doesn’t mean I wasn’t satiated, I want devouring a lot offats, you get full rapidly and you’re no longer hungry. But when I say hungry, Imean more like cravings.Bananas, cookies and ointment milkshakes, and then I even noticed apattern where I was hungry, precisely because I was birthed. I had a high overweight banquet, I hadsome sardines with guacamole. I’m full. But I wanna munch on something, I just wanna eat some microchips, so I’ve “ve learned that” I like to stood gobble. And on keto, you really can’t abode dine. Unless you just snack nuts the working day, I don’t understand how many almonds you can eat in one day before you. I imagine I end keto. I represent not technically, but I had various imbibes last light that technicallythrows you out of keto. They were not sugarydrinks, I time had soda and alcohol but that does technically make you out of ketosis atleast for a short time so “youre supposed to” think I’m a failure.Look, we all make mistakesand two steps forward with one step back, isstill one taken forward. That’s something thatI want you to remember and take away from my keto expedition. If you mess up, it’s notthe end of the world. It’s doesn’t mean that you’re a downfall. Yes, I had a few boozes and it made me out ofketosis for a little bit because your body actually metabolizes the booze and uses thatas force instead of obesities. But, it’s fine. As soonas I stopped drinking the alcohol, the nextday I was probably back in ketosis and everythingwas back on track. So did it slow down my progress? Probably rather, but itwasn’t the end of the world. If I discussed it like itwas the end of the world, that would hurt my progress because that would demotivate me, and cause me to seek some cookies and cream milkshakes and we know we can’t do that on keto.I had a renewed determination to continue and finish my keto journey.( upbeat music) One month of keto is in the books! I reached it, I chew 75 percentof my calories from overweight, 20 percentage from protein, 5 percentage from carbs. I affixed to this bad boy. But let’s talk summary, let’stalk about what the hell happened. First and foremost, form. I started this food at 208 pounds, I weighed in this morning at 202 pounds. So that’s a six poundweight loss in 4 weeks, sounds pretty appropriate, about a pound and a half per week. My abs are showing a little bit more, which comes me very excited for time. Now when it is necessary to my thinker, I don’t inevitably feel any bigdifference that hops out. But I do notice thatI don’t crash so much better, particularly in the midday segment.
