Vistara has also recently incorporated several meal options on board to ensure that in-flight dining is well suited for customers with diverse palates, nutritional and dietary requirements. “We recently introduced vegan meal options for premium economy and business class customers that includes dishes like ‘Garden Green Salads’, ‘South Indian Platter’, ‘Diwani Handi’ etc,” says Deepak Rajawat, chief commercial officer, Vistara.
