Keto-Friendly Dosa

Ingredients for Dosa- 18 grams almond flour,15 grams shredded mozzarella, 30 ml coconut milk, salt to taste, a pinch, cumin powder, a pinch hing or asafoetida

Ingredients for Coconut Chutney- 100 grams coconut meat,10 grams ginger, 1 green chilly, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp curry leaves, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 dried red chilly, salt to taste, a pinch of hing or asafoetida

Recipe for Dosa: Combine all the ingredients in a grinder and make a batter. Spread the batter in a nonstick frying pan that has been lightly greased. Cook over medium heat until the batter is fully cooked through, the bottom starts to brown, and the edges start to lift slightly from the pan. Serve with the coconut chutney after folding over.

Recipe for Coconut Chutney: To make coarse chutney, blend the coconut, chilli, salt, and ginger with a little water. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, dried red chilli, curry leaves, and hing. Pour the hot oil and spice mixture over the chutney once the mustard seeds begin to pop, and stir well.
