Still got it … So here’s all the pizza that everyone else ate Here was my salad … last week of keto! Keto’s finally over, thank god. What Ilearned from keto is that it’s really hard to eliminate an part food groupsuch as grains and legumes but I did learn how many carbs are in things thatI never would have thought of that being fruits and my coconut irrigate and prettymuch all that is we gobble so not that I’m gonna continue to count carbs butI’m obviously more aware…I personally don’t think I would ever try keto againjust because I observed it so challenging because I don’t eat flesh I was gobbling somuch more meat this month than I usually do So in the last 30 periods Ilost 5 pounds which is not bad considering I was snacking butter, bacon, coconut petroleum, lots of fatty things every day and I was still able to go out anddrink with my friends on the weekends so yeah it’s weird to have lost five poundsconsidering all of that was still permitted I feel like I will take awayfrom this that I can live without devouring as much bread and should enjoy morehealthy overweights My overall take on keto is I liked the lane it impacted my intensity soa lot of duration when I get hungry I get very testy I get cranky maybe evenmean and that didn’t happen it was just a particularly even exertion and then I was when Iwas hungry I was hungry and I eat something that was high in overweight but Idon’t think it’s something that’s sustainable or realistic for the longterm the keto diet is something that I would recommend but in small-time periods oftime I don’t think it’s something that most people should go on for an extendedperiod of time I think if “youve had” particular genetic changes it canactually be a detriment to “youre going to” do a keto diet extremely if your body’s notable to process and alter saturated fatties in an effective way but I dototally subsidize chewing higher sums of solids, lower sums of processedcarbohydrates and really being aware of your macronutrient symmetry meeting it alittle bit more fat and vegetable ponderous versus carbohydrate heavy that’s the endof the 30 -day keto challenge, if you like this video go ahead contribute it a thumbs up, give a comment below and make us know what you thought and hopefullywe’ll see you again on the next thirty day challenge!
