The ketogenic diet (aka the keto diet) has taken the diet world by storm. As a popular diet that is low in carbohydrates, high in fat, and moderate in protein, following this diet is linked to outcomes like weight loss, heart health benefits, and cognitive benefits. But since the keto diet is so low in carbs, and carbs tend to be one of the best sources of fiber, meeting the recommended 25–38 grams of daily fiber every day can be a challenge.
